PrimeKey Solutions has acquired C2 Company in California, a move which significantly strengthens the company’s presence in the United States. C2 Company, known for successfully providing complex PKI, network, and security integration services to an impressive list of customers throughout the country, is an ideal organization for PrimeKey to leverage.

“For over 15 years, C2 Company has supported a diverse mix of customers and technologies throughout the Silicon Valley and beyond. We have experience integrating PKI, security, and critical network infrastructure at high-technology, financial, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and government agencies large and small. I am proud to be combining C2 Company’s technology integration experience with PrimeKey’s stellar reputation for delivering PKI solutions to partners and customers,” said Harry Haramis, CEO at C2 Company. “With such a formidable combination, I am excited to have the opportunity for C2 Company to represent PrimeKey in the United States.”

PrimeKey has been rapidly expanding in recent years and has a growing list of customers globally and the US with new products regularly hitting the market. Part of PrimeKey’s growth strategy includes expanding into important markets such as the US.  The acquisition of C2 Company, with many years of experience working with PrimeKey, establishes an immediate and effective presence in the US with a strong organization and experts in PrimeKey’s offerings.  In effect, this acquisition accelerates PrimeKey’s ability to serve the US market.

Magnus Svenningson, CEO at PrimeKey, commented, “With the strength of both PrimeKey and C2 Company we now have the ability to accelerate our presence in the US market. PrimeKey and C2 have worked together for many years and we have done several PKI implementations together. I therefore feel secure in knowing that the acquisition will benefit our partners and our customers, as well as ourselves.”
