Just a quick update on the latest rebrand: exceet Group AG – previously represented on the market under the name AEM Technologies Holding AG – comprises individual companies that offer services in two areas: intelligent electronic solutions (electronic components & systems) for various applications and card-based security technology (AutoID).
With the name change to exceet at the start of 2011 and the stronger connection between the group’s two fields of electronics and cards, the technology group is laying an optimal foundation for increasing future growth potential.CEO Ulrich Reutner says: “exceet means that we are more closely integrating our individual companies in order to utilise synergies and optimise costs. This makes us an even more attractive producer and development partner for our customers.”
exceet Group AG currently comprises ten individual companies in four countries. These include the Swiss companies Mikrap AG, GS Swiss PCB AG, ECR AG and the German company AEMtec GmbH, which are all active in the area of complex electronics. Card-based security technology is offered by the German companies NovaCard Informationssysteme GmbH, PPC Card Systems GmbH, idVation GmbH and Winter AG was well as PPC Card Systems B.V. in the Netherlands and VisionCard Kunststoffkarten-Produktions GmbH based in Kematen in the Austrian province of Tyrol. With over 650 employees, the individual companies of the exceet Group currently serve customers from the industries of access, medical technology, payment, industrial automation, health, avionics, loyalty, data communication, government and public services.
